How long does a project take?

A marketing site runs four to six weeks. A CRM or internal platform runs three to six months. We give you the exact number at the end of the scoping stage, before you commit.

How do you price work?

Fixed price per stage, agreed after scoping. Scope changes are quoted separately before anyone starts building them. We do not bill by the hour on fixed-scope work.

You do. The repository and the cloud accounts are created in your organisation at the start, and we work inside them. Nothing is held back at handover.

What happens after launch?

A support window is included with every build. After that you can keep us on a monthly retainer or take it in-house, and we hand over documentation either way.

Do you work with clients outside Uzbekistan?

Yes. We work in Uzbek, Russian, and English, and we run projects remotely across Central Asia and Europe. Contracts can be signed in UZS or USD.

Terms of service

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://rbsx.uz and services provided by RBSX, a software studio based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If a separate signed agreement exists for a project, that agreement takes priority over these terms.

2. RBSX services

RBSX provides CRM systems, marketing sites, mobile apps, internal platforms, product design, and technical support. The exact scope, price, timeline, and handover terms are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.

Work examples, interfaces, technologies, and timelines on the site are for general information and are not a guarantee or an individual offer.

3. Acceptable use

You must use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You may not damage the site, attempt unauthorized access, send malicious code, create excessive automated load, or interfere with other users.

RBSX may investigate, restrict, or stop use that breaches these terms or creates a security risk.

4. Intellectual property

The RBSX name, logo, site design, text, graphics, and other materials belong to RBSX or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use them without written permission.

Ownership of code, design, content, and deliverables for a client project is defined in the relevant agreement. Demonstration interfaces on the site are not a client’s live system.

5. Third-party services

RBSX services may integrate with Google, hosting, payment, analytics, or other third-party services. Their availability, pricing, operation, and terms are controlled by the relevant provider.

If a service uses Google APIs, you must also follow the Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable Google terms. Permissions granted to Google Account data are shown on the Google consent screen.

6. Availability and warranties

The site and its materials are provided on an “as is” basis. RBSX does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, compatibility with every device, or a particular result.

Service warranties apply only to the extent expressly stated in a written agreement. Outages caused by the internet, third-party providers, a user’s device, or events outside RBSX’s control may limit liability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RBSX is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or data, or business interruption. This does not apply to intentional harm or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Any liability cap for a specific project is stated in the relevant agreement, if one applies.

8. Changes and governing law

RBSX may update these terms and the site content. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Mandatory consumer rights and other rights protected by law are not limited by these terms.
